Yes, every price is excluding VAT. VAT is added depending on your country. In the European Union, with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
Yes. You cancel from the billing settings, with no commitment. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then your workspace moves to Free.
Everyone in the workspace counts, the manager too, with a minimum of 2. If you add or remove someone during a period, the amount is prorated.
Nothing beyond the plan. Solo includes one connected mailbox, Team one per member, and campaigns send from there. Each extra mailbox costs €9 a month excl. VAT (€7 on yearly billing). On Enterprise, mailboxes are unlimited.
Without a subscription, your workspace moves to Free. Your links keep working and no data is deleted. Paid features unlock as soon as you pick a plan.
